Bet Lounge ($BETZ) addresses this issue by making all payout algorithms for the matchmaking process simple and transparent. Payouts are based on the ownership ratio of the pool: if you own 50% of the pool for one side and your side wins, you receive 50% of the pool on the other side. Everything is transparent and handled through smart contracts, allowing anyone to verify that the numbers are accurate.
